How the assistant uses your information
What the AI sees, where it goes, and what it is not allowed to do.
The portal has a built-in assistant that answers questions from the course
material. This page explains exactly what happens when you use it, because "an
AI has my data" is a reasonable thing to want a straight answer about.
What is sent, and where
When you ask a question, we send three things to our AI provider:
- Your question, as you typed it.
- The last few messages of that conversation, so follow-up questions like
"what about for a smaller account?" make sense. - Excerpts of the material that matched — SOPs, lesson text, the contents
of lesson PDFs, and messages from any community Discord channel your coaches
have opted in.
Our provider is DeepSeek, and their servers are in China. That is a
transfer of personal data outside the UK, and you should know it before you
type anything sensitive into the box.
What is not sent
- Your name, email address or account ID.
- Your tracker — your commission figures, your notes, your product list.
- Any other member's information.
When you ask the assistant about your own progress, the answer is assembled by
the portal directly from the database and shown to you. It is not written by
the AI and none of those numbers leave our server.
What the provider may do with it
Under our API agreement with DeepSeek, data sent through the paid API is not
used to train their models. We do not use their consumer app or web interface,
which operates under different terms.
We cannot audit a supplier's servers, so treat this the way you would treat any
cloud service: do not paste anything into the assistant you would not want
leaving the country — no bank details, no passwords, no customer data, no
identity documents. The assistant has no reason to ask you for any of those, and
if it ever appears to, something is wrong and you should tell us.
What the assistant is not allowed to do
- It cannot show you another member's information. Questions about how
somebody else is doing are refused unless you are an administrator. The
refusal is worded identically whether or not that person is even on the
programme, so nobody can use it to work out who else is a member. - It is not a financial, legal or tax adviser. It answers from the course
material. See the disclaimers in our Terms. - It does not make decisions about you. Nothing it outputs affects your
membership, your standing or anything else automatically.
It gets things wrong
It is a language model working from our documents. It can misread them, it can
combine two things that should not be combined, and it can state something
confidently that is out of date.
Every answer shows the sources it used. Check them. Where the answer and the
source disagree, the source is right. Where something matters — money, contracts,
tax — ask a human, and ask a qualified one.
We read the transcripts
Conversations are stored and your coaches can read them. We use them to find
questions the course material fails to answer, so we can go and write the
missing material.
If you would rather a particular conversation were not kept, use "Clear chat" —
that clears it from your browser — and then email harun@tikgrowth-cc.com to have
the stored copy deleted, or ask us to delete your transcripts entirely.
Turning it off
You do not have to use the assistant. Nothing else in the portal depends on it,
and choosing not to use it costs you nothing but convenience. If you would like
your questions excluded from the stored transcripts permanently, ask us.
