Terms of Use
The rules for using the portal, what we promise, and what we don't.
These terms are the agreement between you and TIKGROWTH LTD
(company number 16132227, registered at England and Wale) for your
use of the TikGrowth client portal.
By signing in you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not sign in — and
tell us, because you may be entitled to a refund under the terms you bought on.
1. Who can use the portal
You must be 18 or over. Your access is personal to you.
Do not share your login. There is no password — access is by a one-time code
sent to your email address — so sharing access means handing someone your inbox.
If we see one account being used by several people, or credentials being passed
around, we may suspend it without a refund.
2. What you get
Access to the course material, the SOP library, the accountability tracker, the
assistant, call recordings and any calls included in the package you bought, for
the duration you bought.
We add and improve material over time. We may also remove or replace material
that is out of date — TikTok Shop changes constantly, and leaving wrong
instructions up would be worse than taking them down.
We do not promise the portal will be available uninterrupted. We will keep
downtime as short as we can.
3. No guarantees about results
This is the important one. Please read it.
- We do not guarantee that you will make any money. Not a specific amount,
not any amount at all. - Any figures you see anywhere — in lessons, on calls, in the community, in
testimonials, in our marketing — are examples of what particular people
achieved. They are not typical, they are not a projection, and they are not
a promise of what you will achieve. - What you earn depends on your effort, your consistency, your niche, your
market, your existing audience, the platform's algorithm and rules, and plain
luck. Most of those are outside our control and all of them are outside our
knowledge. - Everything in the programme is education. It is not financial advice, not
investment advice, not legal advice and not tax advice. We are not authorised
by the Financial Conduct Authority and nothing here should be treated as a
personal recommendation. - Running a TikTok Shop business is your business. You are responsible for
registering it, declaring your income to HMRC, following TikTok's own terms
and the advertising rules on disclosing paid partnerships, and complying with
consumer law where you sell.
If you need advice about your specific situation, speak to an accountant or a
solicitor. Ask us who to talk to and we will happily point you somewhere.
4. The material stays ours
The courses, SOPs, videos, recordings, templates and the portal itself are our
intellectual property, or licensed to us.
You may use them for your own business. You may not:
- copy, republish, resell or give away any of it;
- record, screenshot or re-upload lessons or call recordings;
- use it to build or teach a competing programme;
- feed it into a machine-learning system, or scrape it in bulk.
We can tell. Material is served through signed, expiring links tied to your
session, and downloads are logged.
If you breach this, we may end your access immediately and without a refund, and
we reserve our right to pursue the loss.
5. What you contribute
You keep ownership of what you write — tracker notes, questions, Discord
messages. You give us a licence to store and display it as needed to run the
programme, and to quote anonymised, non-identifying examples when improving the
material.
If you post in a community Discord channel that has been opted into the
assistant's knowledge base, your message may be quoted to other members with a
link to it. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Behaviour
Be decent. No harassment, no hate, no spam, no pitching your own offers at other
members, no sharing anything illegal, no attempts to break into the portal or
other people's accounts.
We can suspend or remove anyone who makes the programme worse for everyone else.
7. The assistant
The assistant is a convenience, not an authority. It is generated by a language
model and it can be wrong. Check the sources it cites before acting on anything
that costs you money. Full detail is in
How the assistant uses your information.
8. Payment, cancellation and refunds
Payment is taken outside the portal, on the terms you agreed when you signed up.
Those terms govern price, instalments and refunds.
Your statutory rights. If you bought as a consumer at a distance, you
normally have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts
Regulations 2013. Because this is digital content and access is immediate, that
right is lost once you start accessing the material and have acknowledged that —
which is what happens when you first sign in.
Nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If what we supply is not as described or not carried out with reasonable care
and skill, you have remedies and we are not trying to exclude them.
[SET OUT YOUR OWN REFUND POLICY HERE — or state clearly that the terms of sale
apply and link to them.]
9. Ending it
You can stop at any time; how that affects payments you have committed to is
governed by your terms of sale.
We can end your access if you break these terms, if you do not pay, or if you
behave in a way that harms other members. Where the breach can be fixed, we will
ask you to fix it first.
When your access ends, your account is deactivated and your data is deleted on
the schedule in the Privacy Policy. Ask us
before that and we will export your tracker for you.
10. Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for business losses — lost profit, lost revenue, lost data,
lost opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings. - We are not liable for anything that happens to your TikTok account, your shop
or your supplier relationships. Those are agreements between you and them. - We are not liable for the acts of third-party platforms, including TikTok
suspending or restricting an account. - Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us
in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the
portal before it takes effect. Continuing to use the portal afterwards is
acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the portal and tell us.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of
England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or
Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
